Blam dead? Lol.

Sup kiddies! Just a quick post to dispell some things that have been going around. First of all, Blam is not dead. The only dead thing near Blam is the dead weight we’ve recently dropped. So never fear, Blam is still your one stop shop for all things happening in Brisbane, but now with improved grammar, spelling and punctuation! So sit back, bite the top of that bottle of pop and read up on everything worth knowing, and even some shit that isnt. Whilst we are on the topic of reading, check this out:

Blam recently came into this call out for QLD Comic authors and artists. The idea is to get QLD comic artist to collab and contribute to a non-for-profit black and white publication. Sounds like a soild plan to me. All artists of all sorts are encouraged to apply. Everything from Sunday morning newspaper strips to 8 page storys. Digital or traditional media are both fine, just as long as you have a story, from start to finish.

So if you’re keen, send an email to qldcomic.submissions@gmail.com with no more than 2 examples of your best work. Shit, whilst your at it send us an email blam.modeling@gmail.com with some of your work too. We would love to feature it.
